Organisations: £90 - £120 depending on the size of your organisation (Less than 10 employees £90, between 10-20 £100, 20+ £120)

Access to work: £90

Self funders: £80 (see sliding scale fees below)

Funded workplace coaching: may be available through Access to Work.

Report writing: charged at the same hourly rate as session costs. Quotes on request.

Sliding Scale Fees

I want my services to be accessible whilst also allowing me to make a living as a neurodivergent professional. To help with this, I offer a sliding scale. Choose a fee that works for you. To access the sliding scale please see details below then contact me so we can have an initial chat about your financial situation. I have a limited number of subsidised hours per week and run a waiting list for these spaces.

This is accessed on a case by case basis - No proof required; I trust people to be transparent when accessing this option.

How it works:

• You choose the option that feels right for you — no proof of income required.

• If you need a lower cost option, we’ll have an open conversation about your financial situation

• I aim to offer some lower-cost hours, but these are limited.
