Workplace Coaching for Neurodivergent Professionals

If you’ve been awarded Access to Work funding for workplace coaching, it can be hard to know where to start. It’s important to work with someone who understands the systems you navigate and can offer genuinely tailored support for neurodivergent professionals. I am an occupational therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Counsel (HCPC) and Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), with an additional ILM Level 5 coaching qualification. At Sage OT, I offer workplace coaching for individuals with Access to Work or employer funding using a blended approach that integrates occupational therapy and coaching principles in addition lived experience. My work is grounded in collaboration, compassion and practicality.

• Offering evidence-informed guidance rooted in OT and coaching theory I also support you through the Access to Work process, from understanding coaching benefits to preparing for conversations about adjustments with your employer.
