Welcome - I’m Emily

I’m a registered Occupational Therapist (HCPC) with a background in mental health and almost 20 years involvement in social enterprise where I’ve created and worked with community organisations supporting neurodivergent adults and people with mental health needs. Since 2017, I’ve supported people in the NHS, third sector and private practice through trauma, burnout, and workplace stress. I often work with autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults including those who have co-occurring mental health needs. I’ve worked across mental health settings with people of all ages and understand that many have overlapping experiences. My approach focuses on understanding your identity your strengths and the parts of life that can be adapted to support the way your nervous system works. Together we build routines and practical adjustments so life feels more balanced and sustainable. Being AuDHD myself I understand what it’s like to navigate a world not designed for us. This shapes the way I practice with compassion curiosity and a focus on what works in real life.

Is this you?

Do you ever find yourself…

  • Struggling to manage the day-to-day demands of life?

  • Feeling low, anxious or constantly overwhelmed?

  • Worrying about going to work or dreading the week ahead?

  • Feeling stuck? Unable to get started on those important tasks? Unable to complete day to day routines, like getting in the shower or getting out again once you’re there?

  • Never feeling on top of household chores, no matter how hard you try?

  • Forgetting important dates, losing things, or feeling disorganised?

  • Feeling so exhausted in an evening you can’t do anything else?

  • Masking all day and feeling completely drained afterwards?

  • Struggling to balance work, home life and your own needs

  • Never having the energy to see family, friends or do the things you enjoy?

  • Wishing life felt more manageable, but not knowing where to begin? If any of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

Values

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Occupational Therapy focuses on what we do every day, our activities, routines, and environments. Wellbeing is shaped by “doing,” but grief, trauma, or burnout can make it hard to move forward. OT offers practical ways to gently rebuild so life feels more manageable again.
